Warranty
Every product we sell carries the manufacturer warranty for Armenia. We never sell grey-market stock, so the warranty is valid through official service centres.
Default terms
- Smartphones and tablets: 12 months.
- Laptops and desktops: 12 months, with extended options where the manufacturer offers them.
- Audio and wearables: 12 months.
- Accessories: 6 months unless stated otherwise on the product page.
The exact period for each device is shown in the Warranty line of the product page.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects, hardware failures under normal use, and any factory issue that prevents normal operation.
What is not covered
- Physical damage, drops, cracks, water exposure.
- Unauthorised repair attempts or jailbreaking.
- Software-only issues that can be resolved by reset or update.
- Consumables (batteries that have served their normal cycle count).
How to claim
Bring the device with its receipt and original packaging to our store, or call us first and we will pick it up in Yerevan. We log the case and pass it to the authorised service centre. Typical turnaround is 7 to 14 days, longer for parts ordered abroad. A loaner can be arranged for high-value laptops.
