Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with the device. If something is wrong, we make returns straightforward.
14-day return
You can return any unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in original packaging with all accessories, free of marks or activation. Items opened or activated are reviewed case by case.
Faulty on arrival
If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 48 hours. We arrange pickup at no cost and either replace the device or refund in full.
Refund timeline
- Card refunds reach your bank within 5 working days.
- Cash refunds are paid out at our store on the same day we receive the return.
- Bank-transfer refunds are issued within 2 working days.
Not eligible
- Items damaged after delivery by misuse, water, or impact.
- Consumables with broken seals (earphone tips, screen protectors).
- Custom-ordered configurations placed at the customer's specific request.
