Delivery and payment

Delivery in Yerevan

Same-day delivery for orders placed before 17:00, next-day otherwise. A small flat fee applies, free above 50,000 ֏.

Delivery outside Yerevan

We ship to all regions of Armenia. Timing depends on the destination, usually 1 to 3 business days. The exact fee is confirmed by phone before dispatch.

Pickup at our store

You can collect your order from either store — Էջմիածին, Մ. Մաշտոցի 10 or Երևան, Թումանյան 14 — Mon to Sat between 10:00 and 20:00. We hold the item for 3 days after you confirm.

Payment

Cash on delivery, card on delivery, bank transfer, or 0% installment with one of our partner banks. Credit 0% for details.

How the order works

iShop is a catalogue and request form. After you send a request we call you back to confirm stock, price and delivery details. The order is finalised on that call. Nothing is charged automatically.
