iShop is a retail electronics shop with two locations: Էջմիածին, Մ. Մաշտոցի 10 and Երևան, Թումանյան 14. This site is the public catalogue.

We collect only the information needed to respond to requests, operate the site, understand catalogue usage, and prevent abuse. We do not collect payment-card details because this site does not process online payments.

  • Name and phone number, when you send an interest request.
  • Email, only if you provide it.
  • Pages you view and how long you stay, for analytics.
  • Approximate location from your IP address, truncated before storage.
  • Browser, device type, and language preference from your browser and User-Agent header.

How we use it

We use personal and technical information only for the purposes described here:

  • To call you back, answer your request, and confirm stock, price, and delivery details.
  • To understand which products people are looking for, improve the catalogue, and plan stock.
  • To protect the site, detect abuse, investigate technical errors, and fix them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run ad-tech retargeting.

How long we keep it

Interest requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can handle follow-up questions and service issues. Anonymous analytics are kept for 12 months. We remove or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. If you ask us to delete your record, we do so within 14 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for admin login and a few first-party cookies to remember your cart and wishlist across visits. No third-party tracking cookies.
