Are your products original?+
Yes. Every device we sell is sourced from official channels and carries the manufacturer warranty for Armenia. No grey-market stock.
Do you ship outside Yerevan?+
We ship across Armenia. Yerevan delivery is same or next day. Other regions take 1 to 3 business days. We confirm the fee by phone before dispatch.
How does the order work?+
iShop is a catalogue with an interest form. You send a request, we call you back the same day to confirm stock, price, and delivery. Nothing is charged automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash on delivery, card on delivery, bank transfer, and 0% installment through partner banks.
Can I buy on credit?+
Yes, 0% installment is available for most products up to 12 months. The product page has a Loan price calculator that estimates the monthly amount for each bank.
Can I return an item?+
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. See the Returns page for full terms.
How long is the warranty?+
12 months on most categories, 6 months on accessories. The exact period is shown on each product page. See the Warranty page for the claim process.

We have two stores: Էջմիածին, Մ. Մաշտոցի 10 (+374 94 020 232) and Երևան, Թումանյան 14 (+374 96 161 514). Open Mon to Sat from 10:00 to 20:00.
